Belly Rebuild is a cash-based business, meaning we are an out-of-network provider for private insurance companies. This allows for a higher standard of care unrestricted by insurance requirements. If using an HSA or FSA, you will be provided with a detailed receipt to submit. Credit card, Venmo, check, or cash are accepted, and we also offer payment plans.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please note that after purchasing a program (excluding the Rebuild Your Core virtual program) a refund may be given, less any cost of materials, up to two weeks after purchase and BEFORE the first session. Once the first session has been conducted, there will be no refunds given.
Due to the limited number of spots available, a refund of no more than 50% of the purchase price will be given after purchasing the Rebuild Your Core virtual program. Once the first session has been conducted, there will be no refunds given.
For any appointments, including complimentary consultations or sessions in your package, I do ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel, otherwise a $25 charge will be incurred. I appreciate your understanding.
