Every woman's postpartum journey is different. We offer thoughtful, individualized programs that meet you where you are — helping you rebuild your strength safely and effectively.

Our 1:1 programs are perfect for women who have more complex needs, want more accountability and support, and want the ability to have a fully customized program. These can be done in-person or virtually. 

Our virtual group program offers convenient, guided sessions that you can follow from home — ideal for busy women needing both expert structure and flexibility. 

We also offer limited one-hour rehab sessions if you are looking for a jumpstart to your healing or want input from a postpartum rehab specialist.

Rebuild Your Core Virtual Group Program

Our 8-week virtual group program is a fantastic option to heal DR and strengthen the pelvic floor. With live weekly sessions led by Caroline, this gives you the best of both worlds - you can be in the comfort of your own home, while having the guidance of a postpartum rehab specialist and the support of the other women in the group*.

C-Section Scar Therapy

We use Scar Release Therapy as a safe, clinically tested solution to help reduce the negative effects of scars. Using a set of handheld probes, we direct a series of microcurrent waves through the scars, reducing dermal trauma, adhesions and fascia restrictions. Simple and painless, you will see and feel changes in the appearance and pliability of the scar, even after the first session. The number of treatments to fully release the scar depends on the individual scar, but all scars can be significantly improved and softened.

DR Intensive 1:1 

With the DR Intensive, you will work one on one with a postpartum rehab specialist for a program that is truly customized to your specific needs. Running for approximately 12 weeks, you will focus on healing DR and strengthening your core and pelvic floor utilizing individual sessions and a customized exercise program.  

Functional Pelvic Floor Strengthening 

A healthy and functionally strong pelvic floor requires more than just Kegels! The Belly Rebuild pelvic floor programs include not only classic strengthening exercises, but also Pilates-based exercises that are designed to help the pelvic floor be recruited in more active movements vs only in isolation. This enables the pelvic floor to support us in more of our daily dynamic movements, such as running and jumping. 

Rebuild Your Body 1:1

During the Rebuild Your Body program, you will work not only on healing DR and strengthening the pelvic floor, but we will also treat the body as a whole and work on strengthening the total body. Using a combination of rehab exercises, release work, body weight and light hand weight exercises, and Pilates-based mat work, you will be able to confidently get back into fitness while healing your body. 

Strong Core, Strong Body 

If you are looking to get back into fitness, but don't necessarily need specific DR or pelvic floor rehab work, the Strong Core, Strong Body is a great solution. This 12-week program is designed to strengthen the whole body through a combination of resistance training and Pilates-based core work, with an emphasis on strengthening the deep core muscles.
