Are you preparing for abdominal surgery, or feel your core hasn't been the same since having abdominal surgery? 

Join certified core rehab specialist Caroline Johnson for this 12-week, step-by-step program designed to gradually and safely rebuild the core muscles. As you get stronger, we will integrate total body strength training and Pilates-based exercise so that the whole body gets stronger over time. This will enable you to meet the demands of life and get back to doing what you LOVE! 

This 12-Week Program includes:


  • 12-Week schedule to guide you through rebuilding your body. This will be customized based on your individual needs and situation.

  • 1 Weekly in-person or virtual session to learn the exercises, movement patterns and stretches that you will be working on that week

  • New workout videos each week - these are short, individual videos that include DR/pelvic floor exercises, total-body strengthening, and Pilates-based core work. 

  • Live guided workouts and accountability check-ins each week to help you stay on track

  • Nutrition tips and advice

  • Private YouTube channel where all workouts will be posted

  • Access to Caroline via email, messaging, or the FB group to ask questions/get support

  • Lifetime access to the videos and FB group if you need more time to heal
