This revolutionary program checks all those boxes and then some!


We have designed this program to guide women through several different phases of healing, always with your individual needs in mind. In the initial early healing phase for the core and pelvic floor, we focus on specific exercises for diastasis recti, pelvic floor, and body weight strength and then we begin to integrate the progressive tissue overload phases. During these phases, we put more of an emphasis on total body strength training, Pilates-based exercises, and flexibility to help women continue to get stronger over time.


By progressing gradually and mindfully building strength, this program will enable you to meet the demands of life & activities and get back to doing what you ♥️.

One of the biggest struggles we see women have is staying accountable when life gets in the way. This program offers our highest level of support to help you stay on track. We will meet 1:1 on a weekly basis, and weekly accountability check-ins and live workouts will be offered. Additionally, you will receive a high level of support from Caroline herself - she is always available via email, messaging, or the private Facebook group to answer questions and guide you. 

We also believe in the power of community, and the power of sharing a healing journey with others who understand where you are coming from. We have a dedicated, private Facebook group for the program so that you can get support from other women who are working on healing and strengthening too!
