Diastasis Recti Rehab

Diastasis recti (DR) is a separation of the abdominal muscles that can affect both women and men, but is especially common post-pregnancy. While every woman has DR during the third trimester, studies have shown that up to 60% of women still have a separation 6 months after delivery. The good news is that nearly all DRs can be healed without the need for surgery, and you can close your separation even years after you had your last baby. The Belly Rebuild program is designed to help you:

  • Regain functional core strength

  • Close the abdominal gap

  • Heal the connective tissue

  • Improve posture and body mechanics

  • Flatten and tone your belly

We offer a variety of program options ranging from single sessions to multi-session packages to best support you on your rehab journey. We can also design a custom program based on your specific needs.

Contact Caroline to set up a complimentary consult to assess the separation and discuss which program would be best for you.
